Dianne Copley was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and raised throughout the southwest United States until the age of 12. Her father was in the oil industry and moved the family to Tripoli, Libya, in 1968. She spent 4 crucial years there, 2 years under King Idris and witnessed the revolution, then 2 more years under Colonel Gaddafi. When the American airbase left, so did the high school Dianne attended, so she was sent off to Swiss boarding school at Ecole des Roches in the picturesque town of Bluche. Once her family resettled, she completed high school at the Joint Embassy School in Djakarta, Indonesia. Upon graduation, her mother brought her to the United States where she trained in Histology/Pathology in Dallas, Texas. At the age of 17, she was on her own, her parents half-way around the world and her spiritual search had begun. Dianne was raised in the Lutheran faith, but exposed to many religions of the world. Her first venture was with the A.R.E. (Association for Research and Enlightenment) where she learned meditation. A few years later, a brief association with the Unification Church taught her that she must think for herself and not follow anyone or anything blindly. Reading and experiencing many religious paths have taught her that it is important to see and understand the many choices life has to offer, to make the most of our time on this earth. Dianne hopes to share a sense of these choices with all, but especially adolescents who struggle to fit in.

In the course of all those moves, Ross worked as a middle school teacher, and has pursued various and sundry educational degrees. He has been married for way less time than Ruth, and it’s his turn to walk the “time share” dog three days a week (unless he can get Ruth’s husband to do it for him).

Hansen currently lives in Minnesota with his wife, a dog, a cat, and his 88-year-old father, a World War II veteran. He remains hard at work on his next novel, Ember, a paranormal suspense novel expected later this year that marks the beginning of a series aimed at young adults, as well as several short novels and other projects, including some nonfiction theological books. I Can See Christian Storybook Treasury by Cheryl Rogers I Can See Christian Storybook Treasury by Cheryl Rogers March 28, 2011 $2.99 9368 words Sample 30%
Author bio:
A Christian author based in Tampa, Florida, Cheryl Rogers is a former newspaper reporter who came to know the Lord as an adult through a serious illness. Her love of writing was evident as a child when she became fascinated with Nancy Drew Mystery stories. Because she wanted a "practical" career, she studied Journalism and sociology and graduated with a double degree. She then worked for 12 years in the newspaper business, leaving when she was expecting her and her husband's first child. Three years later Cheryl succumbed to a severe immune disorder, Environmental Illness. She realized God was her only hope and prayed he would heal her. But though she went to church regularly, she did not really know God. At first, Cheryl believed God wanted her to go the "medical route," and so she scoured the area and then the country for doctors with experience with her disease. She followed their programs and got better, then worse, better, and then much much worse. Finally one day when her life was at its lowest point, she surrendered her life and circumstances to God -- and he showed up. She received the Holy Spirit and began to view her circumstances in a more positive light. Each day her body got stronger and -- about five months later -- she received deliverance. Her life has never been the same since. Cheryl has dedicated herself to encouraging others to seek God and stay connected with his Word. She has written several Christian titles including a devotions book, "Fast Track to Victory, A Christian Guidebook," aimed at those eager to run the race set before them. This book distills the biblical truths we need to truly love and forgive others, set aside pride, deal with tragedy and death and lots more. Written for a non-denominational audience, Fast Track encourages readers to spend time regularly with God in his word and in prayer. "I longed for a book that would teach me the basic biblical principles I'd missed out on earlier in life," Cheryl says."When I didn't find one, I wrote it myself." Cheryl also has written "Just Like Jonah Wail Tales," a collection of exaggerated tales of woe aimed at preteen and teens. In each story a modern day character makes bad choices and lands in a whale of trouble, just like Jonah in the Bible. The book teaches that there's a price to pay when you disobey, but God is faithful to change your circumstances when you turn to him. For the 5-10 year old set, Cheryl has written a children's Bible study entitled "Making Choices: Life is Like Acorns." This book teaches things are not always what they appear to be. The story is about a baby squirrel who learns acorns are not always good to eat, even when they may look like it. Some are rotten and some are empty. Children learn God looks at the heart. Her book "What You Should KNOW About Self Publishing" is aimed at would-be authors and provides them the nuts and bolts necessary to develop their ideas into salable books. These practical tips are intended to save readers time and money! "What You Should Know Before You Hire a Book Designer" is a free ebook to help authors sidestep mistakes that will cost them time and money in the design phase of publishing a book. Cheryl also keep busy taking nature photographs, designing Scripture-inscribed gifts with her nature images, and assisting authors with book covers, interior design and formatting, editing and proofreading and other aspects of self publishing. Her nature images are available for purchase at NaturePhotoDownloads.com Cheryl's online magazine, New Christian Books, is a free publication for readers and writers. It features kingdom-building book announcements and excerpts, author marketing tips, a practical biblical advice column, features and book reviews. At her website, SongsfromtheWord.com, Cheryl also shares traditionally inspired Scripture songs inspired by the Word of God. "I really can't take credit for them," she says.

Penning realities: That's what this Kansas City, Mo writer does. "Of all the good floating around out there, I capture some of it on paper, make it concrete, so there's no denying it." Most often, Angail gives written voice to women's issues, including relationships, self esteem, body image, health, mothering and a whole host of others. Currently, she is the author of two books, ON ALL THE THINGS THAT MAKE ME BEAUTIFUL: SHORT INSPIRATIONAL ESSAYS ON LIFE, LOVE & SELF and the novel WHAT WE LEARNED ALONG THE WAY. She is inextricably connected to the feminine experience and feels obligated to focus energy there. Too often, women and girls don't receive the care and credit we deserve. They get judged, belittled, underestimated and neglected by a society that doesn't always see their value. In the end, a lot of them get lost, separated from their beauty, their inner light. Hopefully, Angail's words can be a tether, guiding them back to balance. Aside from writing, Angail does therapy with families and couples. She has a Master’s degree from Drexel in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). She has worked with a wide variety of clients on issues ranging from depression, drug abuse, sexual abuse, marital discord, family reunification and more. She currently lives in her hometown of Kansas City with her husband and daughter.

I am a mother of two wonderful teenagers, and wife to an amazing husband. I was never the type of person to sit still long enough to write term paper in college and I never thought I would write a novel. I have always been interested in the unknown things around our world, from Vampires and Loch Ness, to the Bermuda Triangle and Atlantis, these creatures and places were things I loved to find out about and I have tried to bring that love into this book. I love this novel because the characters are real to me, they have problems like everyone else, and I think they speak to a lot of different types of people. I am currently working on a few other projects and hope to see them through to the finish line.

Author bio:
I've been writing stories almost since I was able to pick up a jumbo crayon and put words on paper. I love what I do and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to share these tales with my readers. My work is typically classified as young adult literature, if only because the stories are clean and most of the characters are young. There's more to it than that, though. Every book I've ever personally loved has been what I'd call ageless. That is, it contains something that can touch the heart of a child while he's still too young and raw to appreciate subtlety, but there's also something in it that he can still feed on when he's old and gray, although perhaps not the same things. It's my aspiration to write stories like that. In fact, the majority of my readers are adults who want to read something that will uplift them and make them feel glad to be alive that day. We all need beautiful stories, and without them we suffer. If you'd like to know more about me or my work, please visit my official author's website at www.williamwoodall.org
